Dean D. Porter; Managing Partner
Mr. Porter has over 40 years of experience in the practice of law, investment banking and merchant banking. He previously served as the general counsel and investment strategist of a large family office organization in New York, and practiced real estate and environmental law in New Jersey. Mr. Porter subsequently relocated to Charleston, South Carolina and developed and managed a legal advisory firm consisting of a national network of affiliated attorneys focused on federal policy and consumer issues during the recession years. Following the passage of the 2014 Farm Bill, Mr. Porter became active in the hemp and cannabinoid business as a financier and merchant banker, principally in East Coast states that adopted hemp cultivation policies under the U.S. Department of Agriculture. Mr. Porter holds BA and MBA degrees from Columbia University, and a JD degree from Case Western Reserve University, and is licensed to practice law in New Jersey and South Carolina.

Cameron Adair; Advisor
Mr. Adair has over 40 years of experience in corporate finance and merchant banking, and has served in financial executive positions with client companies. He was previously a director of the Turnaround Management Association, and has had significant prior experience in the cultivation and processing of fiber plants prior to the advent of hemp cultivation following the 2014 Farm Bill. Mr. Adair has subsequently worked with Mr. Porter in the hemp and cannabinoid extraction and processing sectors providing merchant banking services. Mr. Adair holds a BA degree from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA degree from the Wharton Business School, and previously served on the board of the Wharton Alumni Association.

David Baker; Adjunct Advisor
Mr. Baker has over 30 years of experience in the practice of law; influencing public policy; holding publicly elected office; and as a registered lobbyist. He has held internal legal counsel positions with a major internet provider, and a major industrial conglomerate, responsible for government affairs and regulatory issues. He has also held statewide elected office for utilities regulation, and is licensed to practice law and a registered lobbyist in the State of Georgia. Mr. Baker holds a BA degree from Johns Hopkins University, and a JD degree from the Washington and Lee University School of Law.
